Nairobi Garage has announced the opening of its third co-working premise in Karen.
Located at the lush green office development of Watermark Business Park, the new space occupies 14,000 sq ft of workspace, making the total workspace provided by Nairobi Garage across its three locations at 60,000 sq ft.
The new space is also designed to maximize functionality for resident companies featuring 18 private offices and 150 desks, high-speed internet, 24/7 access to members while offering a triangular network spanning Nairobi, with members able to move freely between the three hubs.

Launched in 2014, Nairobi Garage is home to over 100 companies across both of its current locations. Barely a week after opening doors of the new location, the company has signed up its first member, Africa Logistics Properties (ALP), an integrated specialist company that acquires, develops and manages modern logistics warehousing across East Africa. This goes out to show the rise in the need for lean and flexible office space solutions in the country.
It is also home to diverse and large enterprises such as LC Waikiki, Carlsberg, Acumen, Asoko Insight, Opera News, MEST Africa, Africa Leadership University (through its accelerator programme ALX), TLCom Capital and Ad Dynamo.
