The Tony Elumelu Foundation invites application for the TEF Entrepreneurship Programme 2018. The foundation now accepts applications for the 4th cycle of the ground-breaking Pan-African entrepreneurship development initiative for 1,000 of Africa’s most promising entrepreneurs.
The TEF Programme is a 10-year, $100 million commitment to identify, train, mentor and fund 10,000 African entrepreneurs by 2024.
Founded by Nigerian Entrepreneur Tony Elumelu and funded by an annual grant from Heirs Holdings, the Tony Elumelu Foundation seeks to empower a generation of successful for-profit entrepreneurs who drive Africa’s economic and social transformation.
TTEF has already done 3 cycles, in which 3,000 entrepreneurs across Africa have benefited and created tens of thousands of jobs in the process.
The programme includes:
- Training: 12 weeks of online training which guides creating and managing a business
- Mentoring: A world-class mentor to guide during the business transformation stages.
- Funding:$5,000* in seed capital to prove the concept, plus access t further funding.
- Network: Access to the largest network of African start-ups and TEF’s global contacts.
